With over 25 years of legal experience, Joseph Granich is the driving force behind The Granich Law Firm. A lifelong Albany native, Joe is deeply committed to serving the residents of upstate New York with integrity and personalized attention. He is married and a proud father of three.

Joe’s connection to the outdoors runs deep—his childhood was filled with fishing, hiking, and hunting, passions he continues to enjoy today. He attended Christian Brothers Military Academy, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, discipline, and responsibility. An active community member, Joe earned the distinguished rank of Eagle Scout during his high school years through his dedication to the Boy Scouts of America.

Joe earned his Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from Binghamton University before graduating from Albany Law School in 1998. His time at Albany Law School solidified his belief that the judicial system is a powerful tool to advocate for and protect people’s rights, a principle that guides his work to this day.

Beginning his career as an Assistant Corporation Counsel in Albany, Joe gained invaluable experience handling civil litigation and jury trials. This foundation paved the way for his successful private practice, where for over two decades he has effectively represented clients across New York State courts, fighting tirelessly to secure justice on their behalf.
